Richards & Richards was founded in Nashville in 1987 and is
the oldest continuously running commercial records management company
in middle Tennessee. Richards & Richards is a specialist in six areas of
records management: records storage, paper shredding, off-site data protection, e-vaulting,
copy and scanning service. Richards & Richards was one of the
first commercial records centers in America to utilize bar coding
in every aspect of the operation of the records center. With almost
1600 clients in the Nashville area, we have several clients from
almost every aspect/area of business.
Richards & Richards was chosen as
the Small Business of the Year in Nashville by the Nashville
Business Journal. Additionally, Richards & Richards was chosen
by The Tennessean and a local bank two years in a row as a Future 50
Company, designating them as one of the fastest-growing, privately
owned corporations in Middle Tennessee. They were also honored by
being selected as one of the INC. 500, designating Richards &
Richards as one of the fastest growing, privately owned corporations
in the United States.
Our
251,000 square foot record center is located at 1741 Elm Hill
Pike and is near Briley Parkway, I-40 and I-24 and allows
for fast and convenient access to anywhere in Nashville and the
surrounding areas.
