Do you have old computer hard drives to dispose of and need to be sure the data is secure?

We can help you with that.  Richards & Richards permanently destroys all data on the hard drive by applying 20,000 lbs of conical force onto the platter of the drive. This massive force crushes the hard disk’s spindle and forms ripples in the platter and cuts it into pieces, rendering all data irrecoverable.  We will barcode each drive received and scan the serial number as the alternate ID, to verify destruction.  We will provide a certificate of destruction listing each hard drive by serial number.

Are there CDs, DVDs, back up tapes or other media holding your proprietary information in your office that need to be destroyed?

All magnetic media is completely destroyed by a ShredPax model AZ-7V.  This machine grinds the material into small pieces.  Destroyed pieces will be recycled or sent to landfill – this material is in no way usable or reconstructable after the process.
