Enter at Gate 1. If the gate is closed, use the call box and dial 001 to be let in. Once through the gate, make an immediate left and follow the fence line to the back corner of the building — Dock 1. Ring the doorbell and we’ll help you unload.

These are our drop-off shredding hours (not general office hours):

  • Monday–Thursday: 9am–4pm
  • Friday: 9am–2pm
  • Saturday–Sunday: Closed

Drop-off shredding is credit or debit card only. (This applies to walk-in drop-off; recurring or commercial pickup service accounts may have other billing arrangements — call us at 615.242.9600 to confirm.)
