Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
Open to businesses located in the Nashville area. Entrants must be either new Richards & Richards customers or existing customers who have previously used services on an ad-hoc basis only. Current scheduled service customers are excluded.
Entry Period
Entries will be accepted online from Feb 1, 2026 through Mar 31, 2026.
How to Enter
Submit an entry using the official form on the Richards & Richards website. One entry per business.
Prize
One winner will receive a Free Office Purge Day. Prize details are determined solely by Richards & Richards.
Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected by random drawing and notified via email within five (30) days of the contest closing.
Rights & Usage
By entering, participants grant Richards & Richards permission to use their business name and likeness for promotional purposes where permitted by law.
